the private guided, self-drive, FIT and group travel services and products they deserve.
We are seeking to hire an Operations Administrator who will be assisting in auditing & reconfirming services sold to
clients by reservations department before the services are provided. S/he will ensure vehicle branding & cleanliness
before the vehicle depart for assignment.
Specific responsibility / day to day activities
To audit the services sold in the file to clients and ensure they are captured correctly
To reconfirm all service 14 days prior to clients arrival
To brief Airport Reps and driver guides
Point out local sales opportunities
To ensure all language requirements are met/provided.
To reconfirm local flights and details for international flights for clients
To manage 24 hour Concierge line.
To respond to clients issues on ground/timely.
To manage/report incidents and feedback forms.
Any other duties assigned to them by the supervisor.

Skills required:
Degree/Diploma in tours operations or business management
Must have 3 years working experience in Tourism related field
Have working experience using Microsoft suite
Knowledge of Tourplan system is an added advantage
