Main Purpose of the Role.

As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager and be responsible for participating in the planning and implementation of marketing strategies.

 You will collaborate with other departments to develop product promotion plans and events, design and write promotion programs, manage advertisements and marketing communications, and oversee digital marketing platforms. 

Your goal will be to help the organization achieve its business objectives.


Key Responsibilities.

- Execute the departmental strategy in alignment with the corporate strategy.

- Develop, manage, and drive annual brand plans to maximize brand identity and achieve marketing objectives.

- Enhance brand portfolio, brand awareness, and brand equity to increase market share.

- Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in planning and supervising marketing operations to meet revenue targets.

- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to develop marketing plans and budgets.

- Analyze sales data and forecast sales trends.

- Recommend creative and cost-effective promotional activities.

- Conduct marketing campaigns and trade shows to promote brand awareness.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging window displays and signage.

- Assist in designing and developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials.

- Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to initiate consumer promotion campaigns and develop consumer engagement plans.

- Generate sales and marketing reports for management.

- Work with the management team to develop marketing programs and criteria for achieving sales goals.

- Evaluate current marketing programs and suggest improvements.

- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and competitor activities through timely market intelligence reports.


Academic & Professional Qualifications.

- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or Business Relations.

- Certification by the Chartered Institute of Marketing.


Competencies/Experience.

- Above 28 years of age.

- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong brand management skills.

- Proficient in project management.

- Excellent presentation skills.

- Customer-focused mindset.

- Sound business acumen.

- Proficiency in digital marketing.
