Job Description:
We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our client, a Software/ICT Company, as Business Development Executives - Software/Cyber Security Products. The successful candidates will be responsible for actively marketing and promoting the company's new solutions, services, and product development activities. This includes article development, pitching, advertising, and developing proposals that address clients' needs, concerns, and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Actively market and promote the company's new solutions, services, and product development activities, including article development and pitching.
- Plan approaches and pitches, working with the business development team to develop proposals that address clients' needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Prospect for potential new clients and convert leads into increased business.
- Generate innovative ways to advance the company's brand through industry trade publications, digital media, speaking opportunities, conference participation, and other forms of advertising.
- Assist the team in preparing new business materials such as RFQ/RFP responses, new business meeting pitches, presentations, etc.
- Develop branded materials as needed, such as PowerPoint templates and RFQs.
- Facilitate meetings between client decision-makers and company senior managers when appropriate.
- Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Analyze and prepare for potential crises or catastrophes that could impact the company's image and reputation.
- Conduct competitive intelligence to identify and monitor competitors' marketing communication strategies and define the company's response.
- Develop, strengthen, protect, and leverage the company's brand, copyrights, and trademarks in the operating geographical regions.
- Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness and gather customer feedback for sales and business development teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned that are in the best interests of the company.
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate marketing and PR results on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum degree in Sales and Marketing or any Business-related course.
- 2+ years of experience in selling software or cyber security products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify market segments, niches, and potential markets.
- Team player with an aggressive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain product benefits to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency in presentation tools to generate leads.
- Driven self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently.
