Hazina Sacco Society wishes to urgently recruit for the following positions:-
- Administrative Secretary
- Loans Assistant
- Loans Recovery Assistant
- Marketing Assistant
- Customer Care Assistant
- Teller
1. ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY– 1 POST
 Minimum Requirements
â–ª Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from a recognized
institution / university.Â
â–ª Minimum of five (5) years of experience in secretarial roles.
â–ª CPS II and Diploma in Secretarial Services from Kenya National Examination Council are
an added advantage.Â

 ▪ Excellent organizational and time management skills.Â
â–ª Strong communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
â–ª Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.Â
â–ª Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
2. LOANS ASSISTANT – 1 POSTÂ
Minimum RequirementsÂ
â–ª A Business related Degree from a recognized University.Â
â–ª At least two (2) years experience in a similar positionÂ
â–ª Minimum of CPA (II)Â
â–ª Knowledge of Navision and proficiency in Ms Office with emphasis on Excel is an added
advantageÂ

3. LOANS RECOVERY ASSISTANT – 1 POSTÂ
Minimum RequirementsÂ
â–ª A Business related Degree from a recognized University.Â
â–ª Qualification in credit management Certified Credit Profession (CCP)Â
â–ª At least two (2) years experience in a similar positionÂ
â–ª Minimum of CPA (II)Â
â–ª Knowledge of Navision and proficiency in Ms Office with emphasis on Excel is an added
advantageÂ
